Drove end-to-end P&L ownership across product assortment, consumer experience, operations, and go-to-market — partnering with design, innovation, and technology teams to define the next chapter of custom footwear, including high-heat global collaborations with Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Golf Wang, and Millie Bobby Brown.
