Led and scaled the global 'Converse By You' customization platform across digital and physical retail, growing revenue from $22M to a projected $80M with a 29% compound annual growth rate (FY19–FY24). Drove end-to-end P&L ownership across product assortment, consumer experience, operations, and go-to-market — partnering with design, innovation, and technology teams to define the next chapter of custom footwear, including high-heat global collaborations with Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Golf Wang, and Millie Bobby Brown.
Managed the P&L for Team & Individual Sports across Walmart.com, Jet.com, and Hayneedle — growing the category from $46M to a projected $80M through sharp assortment strategy, pricing optimization, and digital merchandising. Built and led a team of 11 category specialists executing across 17 sports disciplines and multiple marketplace channels.
Supported the Global E-Commerce team overseeing business objectives and content strategy across 7 regions, 40 individual stores, 8 currencies, and 9 languages. Contributed to e-commerce revenue growth from €27M to €102M (2010–2016) through product data management and regional execution — including launching the Japan unified site with a shared Cobra/PUMA shopping cart.
